You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant yieldly.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over the output generated from your use of the Tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with yieldly.top is to stop using the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yieldly.top, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from yieldly.top.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
